When I was in university some friends and I were playing with a ouija board. We got a message that said:
"My name is "X Y" and I am lost in such and such cemetery."
It was not a common name.
A couple of months later I happened to be near that cemetery. So I went in. The groundskeeper happened to be there. So, I did not really want to admit I was checking out a ouija board, so I said I was doing geneaological reserach and looking for a distant relative named "X Y". So, he went to the book, and said, "do you have an idea of age?" and I said, "I'm not sure, there were a few people named that as it was a name that got passed down, and I was told the family lived here for some time....". He looked it up and said, "sorry no". And I said, "oh, that's too bad". But I was a little relieved. Then he said, "Well wait a minute. There is an older book and we've transfered the records into this newer one". And he looked. Guess what? The name was in the older book, and they had missed moving it to the new one. He told me he would update the records.

I hope that is what "X Y" meant by "being lost".

And no, I don't play around with ouija boards any more.

Hello Cynthia,
It is amazing that you found out and helped XY. It is most likely a good thing that you don't dabble in the ouija as it just might bring in somone that has not gone to the light and might just play with your emotions. But, as you just stated, there is a chance that with your great light the one spirit you reached was in dire need of your assistance. I think that is wonderful.
I love communicating with the other side as I feel that my life is watched over and cared for, and that I am guided in so many ways. I also enjoy the great love the other side shares with us. I also enjoy the fun that the other side provides with little daily things that they bring to me. Laughter is the best medicine after all! Blessings......................

It is actually you "being in the zone", if you will, that appears to make the Ouija board seem like the medium between you and the other side. Truth is, you yourself are the medium and anything outside yourself can serve as a tool to get you into that zone.
There are many times I have used the Ouija board and nothing ever happened. However, one time, Christmas eve 2003, i was alone in my recording studio and had a recorder with a microphone plugged into it. I set the microphone in the center of the room, turned off all the lights so it was pitch dark, sat behind a divider with the recorder and set it to record. I meditated/prayed so that any spirit that wished to communicate is welcome.
I was definitely "in the zone". It was about 2 to 3 minutes into this "seance" that i heard a "sliding" sound on the carpet near the location where the microphone was situated. All of a sudden I heard a loud BANG.
Needless to say i froze. I was so scared i couldn't move. All i felt was my heart pounding against my chest. Somehow (don't ask me how), i managed to contain myself and completely relaxed. After getting up and turning on the light switch, I found everything in place. Nothing fell or broke so i have no idea what that loud BANG noise was. It was so fast i fail to recall if it was a metallic bang or a wooden bang....all i know as that it was piercing loud but nothing in the room displayed that the bang happened.
I rewound the recorder and no recording of the bang was made. In fact, even that sliding sound against the carpet was not recorded. I did however hear myself breathing heavily after the bang happened (i had the microphone level set to a high trim level so i could hear a pin drop).
Interesting to say the least.

Well Max that seemed like a hair raising experience. I wonder whether or not it is another part of ourselves that at times answers any questions on the board. I have heard of many wonderful and enlightening experiences that have happened without fear but then the other side also occurs with many frightening things happening. What do you think about not hearing anything at all on the recording you made? I feel as though someone was letting you know that they are here. It would make a good experiment if you let the spirit know that you are interested in a recording. I am extremely interested in hearing the other side and find that my desire does not always match my experiences but can tell you about the ones that I did not expect that truly made me laugh and feel just perfect without fears.

This could very well be the case. I have learned to show more respect to the other side and be a bit more careful when attempting to setup any communication.
What I have done since then is open myself up when I am feeling good and allow any communication then. An example is when I am writing songs.

There is a fairly new book out now it is called "The Reincarnation of Edgar Cayce" I suspect this will most likely be the most important book for us at this time, just a foot note in case you have not heard of it yet.
I am a Mother of a multiply handicapped child that had over 60 surgeries in his life just to save his life. One very clear and beautiful night when I found out that his brain tumors grew back and that he needed another surgery I lost it. I went out in the grass with no shoes on and had a conversation with God and whomever was listening. I took what seemed forever to let God know I felt alone and confused when all of a sudden like the flashing of an old camera there were balls of light surrounding me and I burst out laughing with gratitude and love knowing I was not alone.

Do you remember exactly how long it took before you saw the balls of light? This is a classic example of "being in the zone". You were in such a state of desperation that it came down to prayer BUT with a major difference. That difference is your *whole being* was into the prayer and that's exactly why it worked (and can work).
There was no questioning or feeling of uncertainty, you prayed with all your being.
This reminds me of something i read in the Los Angeles Times magazine of a blind millionaire whose profession was selling worms. There was a picture of him engulfed with dirt and worms which he mentioned he does annually to show his appreciation to God.
Apparently, he was in a financial rut. He was so desperate he went out on a field and prayed. During his prayer, he got struck by lightning which blinded him. He also found himself engulfed in worms. The rest is history.

I ask myself, what about all those people in third world countries who are in desperate situations. What about prisoners of war or prisoners in general? I would sense this is a state of desperation and wonder, where is the higher power during these moments? Is it truly us who holds the key? I would imagine so.

Isn't it true that we were gifted free will, and without the knowing of what to do to and who to talk to we are not helped unless something is about to happen out of order with the persons plan. Such as angels saving lives etc. With this in mind I still believe that those of us who are light workers hold the light for the others and with the energy of the earth changing so fast the message of change is occurring. I also feel you are right about the zone and isn't it lovely to be in it. I actually work on being in the zone at all times but find that I too am swayed by others energies and have to focus to maintain my own. I am enjoying what the RA group is sending through the book and the gentleman who wrote it is really trying to help the earth and it's inhabitants through the Elohim and RA group.
