Happy Valentine's Day to you all
Valentine’s Day
The lass with sleep filled waking asked,
“Oh Mom, what will we do?”
Then said her mom, soft eyes aglow,
“What love-light shows us to.”
Her mother smiled, her head half turned
… “Oh Mom, what do you see?
“I see a vision of you and I
As the best that we can be.”
“The best of the grandest vision
That we can conjure up.
May love burst forth with sparkling light
And fill each thirsty cup.”
At bedtime the sleepy eyed lassie said,
“Today was just the best!
Those smiles, Mom, I loved… Continue
