- My son Josh, my home, my family, all of my friends. Showing others how to improve their lives through Yoga and watching them get it. Every human beings divine right for peace and freedom. World Peace. Conscious living.

- What are my natural talents and gifts?
- Hell if I know....I'm still sorting that one out. But seriously, when I examine this question honestly, the answer that comes to me is that whatever activity attracts me and I put my full attention on evolves into a talent whether it be cooking, cleaning, writing, drawing, playing sports...you name it. What I enjoy doing is what I become talented in. Or is it the other way around?
- What was my greatest moment ... in this lifetime ...so far?
- I have been blessed with many amazing moments but I will never forget the first time I gazed into my baby boy's eyes. NOTHING will ever top that!!!
- How would I like to 'serve' the global community?
- By sharing the knowledge and benefits of yoga to as many as possible. By keeping my heart and mind open.
- What have I already done to make a difference in our world?
- Whatever I may have done so far it has not been nearly enough.
- What do I intend to do to make a difference in our world?
- To live in truth, love and laughter.
