I love what Sharon told you. What a great inspirational message.
As a former smoker I can offer support knowing how hard it is. I used nicorette gum to help with the cravings when I quit and then got hooked on the gum. Went from that to grape bubble gum and am now a happy going on 13 year former smoker. You can do it!

May offer you some wisdom that has been shared with me?... When you speak to yourself from this moment on....affirm in the positive!...in other words what we focus on expands....so for example when people say "We are against War"....the focus is on the word "war". It should be worded something like..."We choose Peace!"
Well you get the idea. You are not quitting smoking. Act like that is already done. Now you say, "I only breathe clean air!" :)
